The product is awesome. It’s cooling my room in 1 minute, too much silent, and even the outdoor unit is also silent. Energy efficiency level is good due to DC inverter. Received the product the same day of placing an order. I am satisfied with the product and overall service. Thanks Electronics Bangladesh.

Their service and the product has so far been nice although it is working as intended but it is still too early to tell.
One thing I was disappointed that despite offering free installation I had to pay 800 as transportation cost from ECB to Uttara which is almost double of what it should have been, lastly the service and everything was nice, their servicemen were professional. I will update the review after a few months to provide a more comprehensive review.
