I had an amazing experience with Electronics Bangladesh! They delivered my AC within 2-3 hours, but when they couldn’t reach me after 12 calls, they returned it to the store. When I called back an hour later, they resent it within 1.5 hours! The delivery guy was professional and explained everything in detail. Installation was prompt and done the next day as per my request after 6 PM, despite their busy schedule. From customer service to delivery and installation, everything was top-notch. আমি সম্প্রতি Electronics Bangladesh থেকে Hisense এর ১ টন ইনভার্টার এসি কিনেছি। সত্যি বলতে, এতদিন ই-কমার্স থেকে ইলেকট্রনিক পণ্য কেনার ব্যাপারে আমার মধ্যে একটা দ্বিধা কাজ করছিল। তবে তাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ার সাপোর্ট এবং আফটার সেল সার্ভিসের ইতিবাচক কথা শুনে কিছুটা আশ্বস্ত হলাম।
